This "static" turnaround ("static" refers to the fact that it revolves around the tonic chord, moving down and then back up chromatically) is similar to last month's, but maintains F in the upper voice. Again, notice that only the initial chord is given, the rest being the consequence of maintaining the F in the upper voice while remaining voices move down chromatically.
